Hallo i have issue on work , Pokerstars the casino pull up money from my bank account [EDIT]. Bw Bank Bic [EDIT]. Casino dont have lizenze in Germany and its ilegale to provide Banktransaktion in Germany. Casino ist von Malta and Germany is not alowed online casinos .Pleas payback all deposit to Pokerstars casino accaoun and return all deposit from Januar 2016 to Juli 2022. to my account im nachtse 10 days or i have to Sue Pokerstars casino Thanks

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. As explained in our Complaints FAQs we do not pursue refunds of losses based on lack of license. If your own government cannot prevent unlicensed operators from accepting their citizens, there is no possibility of the operator offering a refund simply on the basis of us asking them to.
