Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact PH Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I played in casino in January and even had I successful withdrawal but when I won for the second time and wanted to withdraw my money casino closed my account. I tried to find out the reason but casino just replied that I am banned for life. When I asked about the money casino replied that I did not wager the bonus correctly therefor I will not get the money. When I asked what they mean with "did not wager the bonus correctly" casino just called me a scammer. I think it is not the best way to deal with the players. I hope I can find out more with your help.
Do you have an update for me? What else can be done from my side?

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
