Hi spencer009o, I've spoken to Postcode Scratch's platform provider. They inform me that they've reached out to you directly to resolve this issue but in case you haven't received that mail you should contact [EDIT] to arrange to get your funds transferred to you. I would appreciate it if you could let me know when you receive your payment! Thanks, ThePOGG

Hi spencer009o,

I've spoken to the operator again about this issue. They've tried emailing you and phoning you without a response. They need the following documentation before they can process your withdrawal:

A copy of the RIB document from your bank (which must show your full name, IBAN number, BIC Code and the official logo of your bank

*An RIB document is an official document from your bank which is very similar to a full bank statement and shows the IBAN number & BIC code*

If you could provide the operator with this document then revert to me I'll chase them up again.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
