I had a withdrawal of €2800 pending, which I have email confirmation of. I had an email from them today saying they have cancelled that and will only allow €400 which is 10 x the amount of my last deposit of €40. At no point whilst I was playing did they notify me of me hitting my withdrawal limit and they let me carry on playing for days, probably hoping I lose it all. I have never heard of rules like this!! Please help me with this and shut these scammers down

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Ramses Gold about this issue we have received no response from the operator what-so-ever. At this stage I have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
All I could recommend trying would be to contact the operator's regulator Curacao eGaming, but I do need to be clear that we've never known this body to actually help players.
