Player's Complaint

Hi, I have rightfully won €600 playing with no bonus money. I sent off documents for verification and received an email to say they had been accepted. Then I was asked to fill another form out which I did. I have since heard nothing. I have sent both their finance team and support team emails and I am not receiving any replies. My withdrawal was still pending. I have just tried logging into my account and they have now blocked me. How can I go about this?

Hi mccro20 - welcome to!

Before we go any further I need to make you aware that Ramses Gold are Blacklisted at this site and have historically been non-responsive to complaints submitted to this service.

Alongside this, as a UK player you should only be playing with operators that have a UKGC license. Ramses Gold do not have a UKGC license and as such are break UK law by allowing you to play.

We will contact the operator and see what we can find out for you but the chances that we'll be able to do anything to help are very low.

Just as an update. They unblocked me and have now reduced my winnings to €223. I have sent them additional documents which they required and now they have blocked my emails.

After repeated efforts to communicate with Ramses Gold about this issue we've received no response what-so-ever. Unfortunately I have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing in the foreseeable future.
