Player's Complaint

I have been playing on this site for a few months and have made regular deposits. Most recently I have found RTP to be very poor which I know can and will happen.

However, on this occasion it seemed particularly bad so I searched the casino.

Searches highlighted that the casino is not actually licensed in the UK so should not be accepting UK players. All sites also advise that this site should be avoided as they are associated with AffPower affiliates who were penalised for using pirated software. [EDIT]

Customer support is very poor and the live chat are not able to answer any questions and can be quite rude and abrupt. My initial thoughts are that I should be contacting my bank to initiate the charge back process but I would an ADR to take a look at my case for me.

The total amount I am disputing is the total of my deposits. Please let me know if you need any further information.

If your complaint is based solely on Ramses Gold not holding a UKGC license I'm afraid this is not an issue we would intervene in.

Licensing is a taxation based issue that is the responsibility of the UKGC to manage. The UKGC are aware of this group of operators accepting UK traffic without a license and it is their responsibility to enforce their rules in this regard.

We deal in transactional issues. Unless there is some reason to believe that the gambling transactions that you engaged in were unfair - and to be clear simply feeling that the RTP was low over a small sample of game rounds would not qualify - there would not be ground for us to contest your claim.

Hi, Thanks for the welcome and for the response. My complaint is not about RTP. I am a well seasoned slot player so know very well that a win is not guaranteed. My concern is the persistent low RTP which aroused my suspicion, which in turn, led me to search for reviews and find a lot or reports that this casino is blacklisted and has been/ or is associated with. Some of these reviews and reports are found on this website. I had withdrawal requests pending, one of which I had pending for just over two weeks. I chased on multiple occasions to check the documentation I sent was acceptable and asked how much long it would take. Each time I was told the finance team are in a different country and I have to email. All emails were ignored. Eventually I played through the balance (over £1000) knowing I would never get it. Since, I have asked four times for the account to be closed, yet today I can still log in and deposit and am bombarded with emails and text messages on a daily basis. Again when I contact support to have the account closed, I am simply diverted back to sending an email which again is ignored. I appreciate it is difficult to intervene and comment on all aspects of the above but this companies business practises are seriously flawed and players are not treated fairly. Deposit totals are not really relevant as any player regardless of deposit value should be treated fairly. However, my deposits are in the thousands so I only wish I had thought to research the casino first. A very expensive lesson has been learnt and I cannot help but contemplate the legitimacy of this online casino. Regards, [EDIT]

We wouldn't disagree with you regarding the legitimacy or practices of this operator. It's why they are Blacklisted here and we discourage players from engaging with them in the strongest possible terms.

However, what you describe isn't grounds for us to seek repayment of lost funds. Had you approached us before playing the funds away we could have contacted the operator to try to ensure that the withdrawal was ultimately paid, but after you've chosen to gamble with the funds and lost there's no grounds for us to do so.
