Hi I played through all of the 5775 euro wagering requirements and got to nearly 700 euro I could withdraw 528,30 and would have to Gove back the 140.01 bonusfair deal I did so and logged on again tonight to check withdrawel process only to find it manually rejected I have questioned this all night to the terrible lack of support and communication of customer service saying I have to wait for the financial team to get in touch I have 're read the terms and conditions and I am entitled to the full amount I have told them this is not fair I feel like they can just go no u can't have that have your deposit back I have never known a site like this I am a single parent and this is my treat so to get a win like that is amazing it goes to my children please help me I'm begging king regards x

I've spoken with the operator regarding this issue and they inform me that you've exceeded the maximum allowed wager while playing with a bonus (30% of the bonus awarded) and you've also switched game types while playing which is also prohibited by bonus terms and conditions.
If the above is true I'm afraid there's nothing we could to do to help you. The operator would be within their rights to void the bonuses and any winnings generated while you had a bonus.
The operator has offered to provide your game history for us to review, but before they can do that needs you to provide them permission to send this information to us. If you would like us to review your game history I need you to email casino support copying in the email address [email protected] informing them that you give them permission to share information related to your account with us.

Firstly I need you to tell me what reason the operator has given you for non-payment? Be as specific as you can please.
Secondly, as a UK citizen you should not be playing with any online operator that does not hold a UKGC license. Ramses Gold does not hold a UKGC license. Any operator accepting players from the UK without a license is breaking UK law.
