Player's Complaint

Hello I have been waiting since the 28th December 2018 for my withdrawal to be processed of €530. I have deposited a lot of money to this casino and I want my winnings. I have sent all my ID documents and have not heard from them since. I keep asking for help on the online chat and they just keep telling me to wait until I get an email! I think I’ve waited long enough. Please help

Hi ploppette91 - welcome to!

Before we go any further I need to make you aware that Ramses Gold are Blacklisted at this site and have historically been non-responsive to complaints submitted to this service.

Alongside this, as a UK player you should only be playing with operators that have a UKGC license. Ramses Gold do not have a UKGC license and as such are break UK law by allowing you to play.

We will contact the operator and see what we can find out for you but the chances that we'll be able to do anything to help are very low.

Hi ploppette91,

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Ramses Gold to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. I have not reasonable expectation of this situation changing.

All we can suggest at this point is contacting Ramses Gold's regulator Curacao eGaming, but I need to be clear that we've yet to see this regulator actually help any player we've referred to them.
