I requested a withdrawl of $4000 only to have it cancelled. THey verified this is the amount i could withdrawl according to my vip status and verified i have wagered enough and all my documents have been approved. THey cancelled the first one saying that it had incomplete information which was not true. I requested it again and they said it was approved but they still have not paid me. THey said they sent a wire transfer but i don't have it and they won't respond to emails.
They just keep saying it was processed and sent. They said it was approved Friday and they sent the wire Friday. THey did not. I need to see proof they sent it and not a page that shows withdrawl details like the one they sent me today. That was not proof. How about a tracking number or something that shows they sent it to my bank.
