Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Rolletto to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I had delay in withdrawal when I was emailing requesting support from my vip manager to put a hold on my account to protect my winnings I was ignored resulting in me losing nearly all winnings. no support given over 20 emails sent no vip benefits given

Please read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that you fully understand how our complaint management process functions.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Rolletto do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Sadly, after requesting that you provide permission for Rolletto to discuss your account with us, Rolletto have become non-responsive to our communications. It would appear that the operator were simply trying to frustrate the complaint management process in hopes that you would not provide permission.

At this stage there is no reasonable grounds to expect the operator's response to change. They are receiving our communications and simply choosing not to respond. With hundreds of complaints open at any given time we need to expend our resources on cases where there is a chance of our work making a difference for the player.
