Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

My withdrawal was sent on 21st September. After 3 days i was advised to send a video of myself holding my passport and to say the current date (which I did) I then received an email back on the 25th September, stating I had passed verification.
I was then advised on the 29th September that my account was under investigation and not given any indication as to why this was.
After numerous emails. They are now ignoring me and refusing to pay me my withdrawal of €700.00
I have all emails logged and there support team are simply ignoring me

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Rolletto do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
You have chosen to play with a weakly licensed property. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
