The identification the player submitted to Royal Vegas were of a compromised integrity which strongly indicates that the document had been tampered with.
Royal Vegas were exceptionally forthcoming in their cooperation with our investigation and there findings were verified via our own channels prior to being accepted.
I opened an account at Royal Vegas a few days ago. I have no recollection if I've ever had an account there, but if I did, I have not played on any online Casino for the past 5 years. In any case, I made 3 deposits totaling $130.00 played for a while and when the bonus requirements were met, I withdrew $300.00.
Meanwhile, I had sent in 3 documents, passport, ID card front and back, and utility bill. All my information is exact as the information when I opened this account. I was supposed to receive my winnings to my Ecocard account yesterday, but while the casino's security dept. verified my documents, they found abnormalities and decided to block my account, and confiscate the entire withdrawal.
I have contacted them many times to at least explain to me what was wrong, or return my deposit amount and confiscate the rest for bonuses given. All I received in bonuses was $100 They have not replied at all to any of my queries. Just the person in chat told me of this reason to block the account; abnormalities in my documents. To me this is another excuse for a casino that isn't doing so well to keep a person's money.
And just one more thing, I've had my credit card detail's used by some personnel of online casino's. They charged my card with everything from clothing to ferry boat tickets. There is a lot of scamming going around all deriving from people registering their personal information and credit cards on online casino's. I would like your company to inquire on my behalf with this casino. I realize it's not a big deal of money, but to me it makes a very big difference.
Royal Vegas Casino, player account [EDIT]
Thank you.
Dear POGG.. Thank's for the help in resolving my dispute with Royal Vegas Casino.. Can you reply to my email with your progress, and if you have talked to them.. Thank you..
After discussion of the submitted identification with Royal Vegas, we've managed to confirm - independently - inconsistencies in the information provided indicative of forged documentation. As such we want nothing further to do with this complaint and will close it as 'Found for the Casino'. It should also be noted that Royal Vegas were exceptionally forthcoming in their cooperation with this investigation.

Hi 19correia65 - thanks for getting in contact!
I'll be more than happy to speak to Royal Vegas for you and see what I can find out.
To be clear - you are looking for a clear reason for the confiscation (preferable) or a return of the full $130 deposit?
As this is Friday evening, I'm unlikely to get a response until sometime next week, so please bare with me.
Thanks.
