Unresolved - Royal Vegas casino claim this player is involved in a group of accounts being run in unison, which is a clear breach of terms, but failed to provide supporting evidence.

Hello! Casino Royal Vegas is not paying the money more than 2 weeks 150 GBP! Document request I sent to them by their August 12 and until now they can not wait to test them say feedback I do not know what to do with help please!

Ok the operator's had enough time to offer a response and I'm going to close this case.

The basic issue is that the casino claim this player has been associated with other accounts in an unnatural fashion. What the casino haven't done is provide evidence to support this claim.

It should be noted that there were some other issues with the way in which this player played, but on review I don't feel these were particularly valid.

I'm confident that the player in this issue would deny the accusations and as such I have 2 parties making opposing claims and no grounds on which to support either party. As such this complaint will be marked as 'Unresolved'.
