Yesterday (14.09.2020) I played in this online casino (first in the morning on a desktop, later in the afternoon by ipad and last with an huawei p30 pro Android smartphone. Last i set 2€ per game. After a while - the time was about 18h MEZ - I got bonus spins in the slotmachine Book of fruits and i won 2140€ in one game and further 10 more bonusspins. Than it needs a few minutes, that the money account counts up to the 2.140€ and this process cannot be shortened or stopped. Because i have further 13 bonus spins i start the next game and now the web app hangs up. I cannot do anything to continue the game in the app on a normal way (i made a video and a photo from the smartphone in this moment, that i have a proof for the casino). The rolls rolled and the music played, but nothing i can do. Because of this problem i contact parallely the online support of the casino and send him the foto proof from the current status of the app. The answer was: "i can clearly see in the system that you never won such amount. You´re confused with something in your game. There are no issues with your bets". he's lying. I think this case is fraud and i please you, that you contact the casino and check my account and transactions. My Game-ID was 1603913894. Normaly you can see in the it system, that i won the 2.140€ in a normal bonus spin game and only than the app hangs up - i don´t no, wether this is a technical problem or a system, that they must not payout the high profit.
