Hi, I registered with Slotnite and deposited 20 via Visa Debit. I chose the 100 percent match offer and 100 free spins. I played out the free spins, played out the real money and then played out the bonus cash and was left with a low balance where I had to wager. I played low and wagered over 10000x. No Joke, I played on the same deposit for 3 full days. Over this period I won just over 6000, I played this down to under 1000 and then went upto 3000 when I decided to withdraw. I then changed my mind, im not too sure if it was the next day or hours later I cancelled the withdraw and started playing again with the 3000. Again I went all the way down till my balance was at under 20 and with a miracle I played little and started growing my balance and with all the luck in the world I ended up at 5000 and decided thats enough now, I need to withdraw. Within the 2 day pending stag as per their terms I was chatting with support asking if my withdraw was good to go, was there any documents they needed to process or see. They said no, everything was fine and my withdraw was good to go, it was just awaiting processing. Ten i received an email hours later.

I can honestly say I pent hours spinning on 40cents before my amount got anywhere high enough for me to bet over 5.00. I have always played like this.
The casino also gives you free spins for every level you reach so whatever you win from these spins, you again need to wager before you think you can deposit any of your winnings.
This maybe their way of scamming you into saying you cannot bet over 5.00. At the end of the day I played out my first bonus, I wagered this bonus and I also did not bet higher than 5.00
Please can you check my account with them as when I complained to the support team and went to try and play the 90 in my account, they locked me out of my account.
I dont even know why they refunded me 90 when I only deposited 20. I won fair and square, this is not fair they have declined me of my money that I have won.

I've reviewed your game play history at Slotnite Casino. On the 30/11 at 07:53:20 server time you deposited $20 and received a $20 bonus. You also received free spins which you won $31.36 from. These bonuses came with a wagering requirement of 35x(deposit+bonus) and 35xwinnings respectively (a total of $2497.60).
At 11:19:27, having placed a total of $233 worth of bets, you raised your bet to $6/round in violation of the maximum allowed bet while playing with a bonus. There were a large number of violations after this point during the wagering requirement.
As the $5k withdrawal was taken from funds associated with the bonus the operator are within their rights to void this withdrawal and reset both parties to pre-bonus contract conditions.
You made several deposits after placing this withdrawal request that you lost through play. The operator has opted to refund those as a goodwill gesture given the situation. That is why you received $90 rather than $20.
