Read our Slots Plus Casino Review.
a couple of days ago i opened an account with Slots Plus casino, deposited 300USD and with a lot of luck won 9000USD.
Today i tried to access the banking section of my account and it says access denied, I was advised to chat (they have no published phone) with the financial department. I have tried for 2 days to contact the financial department they are always on an "offline" status. I have no way to discuss my issue.
I did noticed that they have declined my 9000 payout. There is no reason for them not to pay me my 9000USD.
The only think I can think of is my nephew uses my address becasue he does not have a permanant address and he may have had an issue with a casino. He is a 60 year old adult and I am not resonsible for him nor his actions. My account is completely seperate. They may have linked my address with his account.
I dont know what to do next to get my money. Can you help me?
Hi yamauchimaggie,
Unfortunately the operator has informed us that the other account at your address has issued a chargeback to recover funds that they lost while playing. That would be considered fraud. If that's true there's absolutely nothing we can do to help you.

Hi yamauchimaggie - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Before I go any further I need to point out that the vast majority of online casinos do NOT allow multiple players to register from the same address. This is a basic anti-fraud measure to stop one person using multiple names to claim bonuses and promotions they are not entitled to. If your nephew has signed-up to SlotsPlus from your address this is very likely to create issues.
I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
