Player's Complaint

I cashed out $240.42 on Feb 19, 2018 with Slotsplus.eu payment was to be sent ""check by mail". On Feb 28 I received an email stating the funds were approved and I would receive an email when the check was sent. (To date no check has been sent and the funds are still in my account). Today after sending aprox 10 emails and numerous chat sessions I was asked by the finical dept if I had received the funds for the Feb 19, 2018 cashout. The first red flag was the funds were still in my account as of today. No check received.

I had a 2nd cashout on March 2, 2018 for $400.70 this check was to be sent Fedex courier. To date no payment has been received. The withdraw was approved according to finical department. I have sent them numerous emails and go online into the chat. I have copies of all emails and most of the chat sessions. I have been told for weeks now I'm in the next batch of checks to be sent out by the 3rd party vendor and they are sorry for the delay.

I have been a loyal customer of this casino and made numerous deposits. I have had several cashouts before without any issues. All of my documents have been approved so the issues related to these cashouts are on the casinos end. If needed I will forward all emails and transcripts of the chat sessions.

Firstly I need to make clear that we are currently receiving a higher than normal level of complaints similar to your own about this group of operators. They appear to be having payment processing issues at the present time. I do expect that you will ultimately be paid, but I would also anticipate that this will be a slow process.

I received an email and tracer number from the casino 8 days ago stating payment was on its way. Well to date no payment has been received. I have sent them 3 emails requesting more information to date no response from the casino. I also inquired about the 2nd pending payout again no response. I waited in a chat session for over 1 hour with only 2 people in front of me and they never connected just left me in the waiting room. I hope you can get some answers from the casino.

Update on payment from Slotsplus. I still haven't received my first withdraw of$240 but I"m sure it will arrive in the next day or two via the postal service. The 2nd withdraw of $400 arrived Friday via overnight courier. I want to thank the POGG for taking the time to help. Within 2 days of contacting the POGG my withdrawls were processed. I still believe Slotsplus is a good casino but they must get the withdraw process and customer service up to par. It should never take 2 months to get your winnings.
