Resolved - After a payment delay this player received their full payment from Slots Plus casino. We consider this issue resolved.

I don't know where to go to file a complaint against slots plus casino. I have had a pending payment with them since June 16. They are giving me the runaround saying that their payment processors are very busy right now. They don't know when it will be processed. I have been getting that same response every day and that they will email me when it is processed.

I've spoken to the team at SlotsPlus and they've informed me that a cheque was couriered to you on Tuesday the 5th of July so should be with you either this week or early next week. If you could let me know when you receive it and the value of the withdrawal I'd appreciate it.

I received 400.00 of it. They are supposed to send me the remaining 20.00 through the mail. They said they made a mistake. Thank you for helping me. I appreciate it.
