Found for the Player - Spin Genie casino have declined to engage in any conversation whatsoever regarding this complaint. As such we have nothing to base our conclusion on other than the player's submission.
I joined spin genie casino and submitted all my details after a while I won £600 and proceeded to withdraw it, I uploaded all documents to them to verify myself, they replied stating all ID I sent was ok, they then sent me message saying there close my account and withheld funds as it was a duplicate account, I assured them it wasn't and asked if my details had been cloned and made to look as if it was a duplicate account, I can't understand this as they said all ID was ok and said my withdrawal was processes and to expect them within 48 hours, then they say something different, I honestly think it's because it quite a large sum of money, but they can't be allowed to do this to genuine customers it's so unfair.
Could you please help me obtain my funds which I know are legally mine,

As such there's nothing we can do to assist you. Spin Genie have requested that we direct you to their selected Alternative Dispute Resolution service IBAS.
