Player's Complaint
Date 2019-09-25 at 21:48 I closed my account and self-excluded myself from templenile due to responsible gambling.
Nevertheless, after this I can deposit a total of 1600 SEK In spin rider after this date. My lock should also apply to spinrider, since they are under the same company and license. Since Spinrider is a sister site to templenile and goes under the same license, I am requesting a refund of my deposits after the date I closed my account with templenile.

I've reviewed this issue with Spin Rider and sadly we will not be able to uphold your claim.
Your self-exclusion with this network actually the Spin Station property where you excluded on the 15/03/2019. Your Spin Rider account was active at this time but was registered under different details. The difference in details are significant enough that an automated system would not detect a matching account. As such your self-exclusion would not carry over.
With regard to Temple Nile - you never actually held an open account with this property. You have twice tried to register an account and twice this account has been locked due to your self-exclusion at Spin Station.
