Found for the Casino - While William Hill Gaming and White Hat Gaming have similar company names, self-exclusions at one do not carry over to the other.
Read our Spin Station Casino Review.
I lost £5000 to WHG between Aug16 and Feb17. £903 was lost to spin station in Feb17. However, I have contacted other casinos in WHG they only say I am blocked.
WHG have not replied.
I want to know the name of the casinos I played with as I want my £5000 returned as WHG blocked my account due to verification issues after 5 months and my deposits of £5000.
I have spent the last 9 months in discussion with William Hill as I thought the WHG was William Hill Gaming.
I really need help in finding the casinos I deposited with. At the time I was suffering with stress and anxiety. Hope you can help
Hi there I cannot find the casinos i played with and lost £5000 during this period I thought it was William Hill Gaming they are saying it was White Hat Gaming I have tried several casinos with White Hat but cannot fi d who I lost this money with. No email for White Hat either. At this time I was self excluded with William Hill and have been duscussing this for the last 9 months theif final reply was it must be White Hat. Surely someone would know what casino took my deposits at the time I was suffering with stress and anxiety. Regards, [EDIT]
Hi LynGod57,
While I'm sorry to hear that, a self-exclusion with William Hill would not apply to White Hat Gaming properties. Unless you had a self-exclusion at White Hat Gaming there would be nothing we could do for you.
Thanks,

Hi lyngod57 - welcome back!
I'm afraid that unless you have self-excluded during this time and were allowed to play on, you failing to provide sufficient documentation to complete verification of your account would not be considered sound grounds on which to contest the return of losses.
Thanks,
