Spin Station - Self excluded

Ruling

Found for the Casino - This player appears to want to claim losses back before they requested a self-exclusion and in fact does not appear to have requested a self-exclusion at all.

Read our Spin Station Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

Hi my account was closed due to me being self excluded from this site and many other casino sites.

I have deposited several large amounts of money and feel as a responsible gaming site I should not have been able to do so.

I feel refunds on my deposits since Dec 2017 is practical as I have suffered from mental health depression and don't think I was fit when making the deposits. I hope you can refund me [EDIT]

Hi Spinx84 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Before we go any further - who did you self-exclude with and when did you request these exclusions?

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi Spinx84,

Thank you for providing that information. However I'm specifically looking for information on who you excluded with that runs on the same license as Spin Station and WHEN you requested the exclusions? The other operators you list do not operate on the same license as Spin Station and as such would have no bearing on this discussion.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi Spinx84,

Thanks, but as I've asked repeatedly above, I need to know when you self-excluded?

Hi Spinx84,

Self-exclusions are not retroactively applied. Only deposits AFTER you requested a self-exclusion would even be considered. So deposits you made in December 2017 or before your self-exclusion was applied in January 2018 would not be subject to any potential refund. How much have you deposited AFTER you requested a self-exclusion?

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi Spinx84,

I've spoken to the operator regarding this issue and they've provided us with your communication records with all operators run by White Hat Gaming. While you have opened an account with Miami Dice, you have never deposited to this account or contacted casino support. Can you provide some record of when you requested a self-exclusion?

Alongside this, you appear to have contested the validity of a number of transactions on your SpinStation account. The operator are still waiting on you providing a police report number so they can properly investigate this issue.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi Spinx84,

If we haven't heard from you by Friday the 20th of July I'll assume you no longer want our help with this issue and close this complaint.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
