Player's Complaint

Hello. I am writing this complaint because i believe that i did not breach any terms of use. I normally play at online casinos and before i do i read all terms and bonus conditions so i know what i’m getting into. That said, i have deposited 1000kr at Spinstation and benefited from the welcome bonus 200%. After wagering requirements have been met i could cashout 24000kr. After a day or two i receive an e-mail stating i violated terms nr 6&7: depositing via Skrill/Neteller ( i used rapid transfer) and betting over 50kr ( wich i didn’t, normally i bet between 10 to 25 max 30kr) .

I have asked them to send me proof of my breaches but felt I should make a complaint at this moment. All my winnings have been confiscated and my deposit money has been restaured.

Rapid transfer is powered by skrill but it is not a skrill deposit if it is that they are refering to.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you if you have deposited via Rapid Transfer. Rapid Transfer is one of the services offered to Skrill account holder. It is not a separate product and would be considered a Skrill transaction. You can read more about it here -

As such, if you have deposited via Rapid Transfer you would not be entitled to receive a bonus.
