Hi ace55golf - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you with this issue. If you have exceeded a £5 bet on a single round of play you have breached the terms that you agreed to at the time you accepted the bonus.

There are currently not license requirements that would require the operator to enforce this type of restriction automatically and there are significant technological barriers to these restrictions being enforced automatically due to the fact with said restriction would have to interface with games produced by any of dozens of different software providers.

As such there's nothing we can do to help you.

If you wish to pursue this issue further you should look to contact SpinStation's ADR eCOGRA, but I would suspect you're going to receive the same response from them.

Sorry we couldn't be of more help,

ThePOGG
