waiting for my 900 euro cashout, nothing happens and still waiting for absolutely no reason. I dont understand why they hold my cashout on pending for so long. Support told me different things, either they have technical issues or im just not in queue order or my account is not verified but it is fully verified.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 15th of April let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
