I raised a complaint to grand ivy to explain that they had no adhered to safer gambling and through this I was able to spend thousands since 2018 and became addicted, since this I have received help and feel grand ivy should acknowledge and compensate they refused my complaint. I have a lot of information that's to much to put here can I please email you it all so you can help me ?
Grandivy advised me to contact you if they disagreed with me ?

In that instance Grand Ivy have made a mistake. We act as their ADR for their MGA license, not their UKGC license. eCOGRA are their UKGC ADR, however I would inform you that given the nature of your claim it is very unlikely that they will be able to assist you, for the same reasons as given in our first response.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 15k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.
