True Blue - Withdrawal Request


Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact True Blue Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Player's Complaint

I have made previous withdrawals without too much of a delay but I last requested a withdrawal of $2,000 AUD on 30th of September. It is still sitting in pending withdrawals today the 26th of October! I have contacted live chat 5 times and been told we're very sorry for the delay, we will send an escalation request through to hurry it up.

I'm still waiting! Initially, I kept playing, and I requested another withdrawal of $2,500 AUD on the 15th of October, which is also still pending.

I have not really had any issues with previous withdrawals although the last one did take quite a while also - not this long, though.

The last time I contacted the live chat team member - yesterday - I asked for someone higher up's contact details (either email or phone number) but I was told they do not give out that information.

They are in breach of their own terms and conditions which clearly state that withdrawals will be reviewed within 3 to 5 days of the request.

I have now been waiting for 26 days and I do not have my money!

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
