Player's Complaint

The 10th of December 2018 I deposiede 150 EUR on my account in Vegasberry Casino. I played the Slotmachine Caligula and won a total of 6100 EUR. I have requested withdrawal of this amount, but the casino has refused to process the withdrawal due to 4.8 and 4.11 in their terms and conditions. 4.8 is technical problem and 4.11 is the player abusing the system. I did not experience technical problems during the game and I did not abuse the system. I made a deposit, played and won and now I would like my winnings.

What do I do from here?

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with a group that are Blacklisted here due to significant player issues with the properties on the Mountberg license. As such the chances that we can do anything to help you are slim.

I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out, but you should be aware that the chances of a successful mediation are slim.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Vegas Berry we have received no response from them what-so-ever.

You may want to attempt to contact Vegas Berry's regulator Curacao eGaming, but our experience with this license holder has yet to show any player complaint where we feel they have legitimately helped the player.
