Vegas Hero - Account Deactivated

Player's Complaint

Account opened early June. Deposit of 100 pond taken and played blackjack for a few hours winning 1500 pound. On withdrawal request was told my deposit was void as I had previously self excluded from a site associated with Vegas Hero. After receiving promotional offers I logged on again expecting my account to be closed. It was not and VH has since accepted a further 3200 pound in deposits. My claim is if my account is not deactivated then Vegas Hero should honour all withdrawals, the initial 1500 and a further 300 currently being processed or as Vegas Hero did initially, refund all deposits made since opening account. I have spoken to a member of the support team who said he would escalate my complaint but I have nothing since. My account has however been deactivated courtesy of the support team staff

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
