I made a deposit 4.12.2022 and wagered bonus in Vegas Hero casino. I made multiple support contacts to withdraw my funds and asked if they need any KYC verifications and so on. They told me they get back to me shortly. After almost 4 months there has been no response and they are still holding my funds."Vegas Hero Case # 07281755"

"All I can advise is that the withdrawal reviews are at their final stages and you will be contacted via email very soon.", this was sent by them 22.12.2022

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we can suggest at this juncture is that you contact the operator’s ADR, Pardee Consulta Limited.

Sorry we could not be of further help.

I made MGA complaint before thepogg complaint, but nothing from them. Today I created british gaming reguslation authority case.

Hi basbas,

Firstly - the UKGC will take no involvement in your claim as a) you are not a UK citizen and b) Genesis Global had their UKGC license suspended over a year ago,

I'm sorry to hear that Pardee Consulta will not assist you with your claim. Given that this operator has had their MGA license suspended at the start of this year, all be can suggest is continuing to contact the MGA for updates on what is happening with player funds. Unfortunately there is nothing further we can do to assist you.
