hello, i played Vegas Hero on April 4, 2020 for € 200 and won the money from there and downloaded the documents so they checked over for a month and today came a message that your account has been blocked. I haven’t cheated at the casino and I think the claim is ridiculous and trying to take the money where it has been going on for over a month. can you help with that, i would been very greatfully thanks!

hello! we emailed earlier and i sended email for more information but but I don’t think my messages will reach you, but there it is : vegashero claims I misused the bonus rules and said I was a cheater, I don’t know how bonuses can even be cheated and I’ve never cheated the casino. i waited more than a month for account confirmation and after that they argued like that so they wouldn’t have to pay me, can you help me? thanks a lot!

hello, they send me this: ''our security department has deemed that you undertook fraudulent activities to your advantage which is a clear breach of our Terms and Conditions.'' i dont even know whatever that even means, I want to stress that the payment went over a month before I got any sensible answer. thanks.
