Resolved - Vegas Hero Casino have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

On 22nd October I managed to win £2,285 playing the Roulette tables.
I withdrew and sent all of the verification documents off.
On 27 October I was told on live chat that my withdrawal 'would be released within the next 24 hours :)'
I have still not received my money despite being told on live chat it is on its way to me many times.
Please help me The Pogg- I have screenshots of all of the live chats that I can send to you if required.
