I won this money on the 6th May 2020. I waited a week but didn't receive any money so spoke to live chat and they said I had to send in various selfie photos of me holding a specific note and my ID and payment card along with a POA and copy of my passport. I sent all of this in to them but still no payment 1 week later. They never reply to my emails and whenever I speak to live chat they just say it's still being reviewed. They say after receiving documents it can take up to 72hrs to process payment it has been much longer than that and I am feeling like am being fobbed off by them. Could you please try to find out what is causing the delay. Thanks
Ok Pogg thanks I will come back to you on the 5th of June. I thought as they said up to 72 hrs and it has now been over 2 weeks that was sufficient. I have never had any issues like this before my payouts have always been pretty quick, I guess I have just been lucky so far! Cheers

Have you had any luck in getting in touch with the operator as yet? I never get any replies to my emails to them and live chat are no use whatsoever. Could let me know how you have got on please as if you are having the same issues then I will start a proceeding through the courts to retrieve my money from them. Or do you think this is a reasonable amount of time to wait? It has now been over 7 weeks since I made my withdrawal request. Thanks tAllGaz
