Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolve their issue on their own.

I made a deposit and won a decent amount quickly so I tried withdrawing few hours later I had a message asking me to confirm my account this was on the 12th December it's now the 16th and still no update when I contact the casino they just keep telling me it takes upto 72hours even though that has passed already
