Hi,
I made a deposit of 100E/1000NOK plus 100% bonus.
Played smal stake, 2 and 4 E. Then i suddenly had a big hit on 4E stake, aprox 27000 E/270 000 NOK. Increased then to 5E/50NOK Bet after the winning. Made sure that i kept this stake until wagering was done.
After wagering was done I increased some more, but was sure that i didn’t do any big stake of more than 50 NOK before wagering was done. Then suddenly later on that day the casino removed 225 000 NOK from my account and i had only 1000 NOK left.
They are reffering to that i have abused the bonus terms. That is Max 40 NOK when wagering. But my problem are that i didn’t do this on the winning or before. And then after the winning i only increased to 50 NOK bet. Not more, because i thought this was according bonus rules. I would never do this if i knew that Max 40NOK. Because then problem with the casino. Have tried to reach casino on email, but no answer. I feel this is really unjust, can u please help?

Ok, i don’t understand this? IT says Max 40 NOK bet, what have I done wrong then? What would be the Max bet with these terms at this casino?

Please read the term posted above. "greater than or equal to". Placing bets of 40NOK is prohibited.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to help you in this situation. The problem is NOT your 50 NOK bets after the wagering requirement. It's your 40 NOK bet during the wagering. The maximum bet term at VIPs Casino reads as follows:
If you have placed bets of 40 NOK during the wagering requirements you have breached this term and the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.
