I’ve been playing a game of Legacy of Dead at Vipscasino for a long time. The RTP menu shows 94.51%. See historical record of my gameplay.
Looking at the rules of the game, RTP was only 87.56%
I have been misled and I want all time the stakes of lost game rounds refund?
My claim is based on this that the RTP of the game was misrepresented on the Casino website but in the terms of the game this was true. The Casino has admitted this and I have proof of screenshots and emails with the Casino.
Hi mikk,
Please forward your full communications with the operator to [email protected].
Thanks,
ThePOGG
Hi mikk,
Reading through the exchange with the operator, it appears that you have won overall on this game. Is that correct?
Thanks,
ThePOGG
When The MGA has amended that condition minimum RTP percentage since May I have lost money on this game.
Hi mikk,
You do *appear* to be correct that the operator has changed the RTP settings of this game and neglected to update the promotional material. That *may* be grounds for a claim.
However, the claim would necessarily result in the voiding of all play of the period in question. That would be both wins and losses. If you are currently ahead from playing this game this would result in YOU being due to return funds to the operator. You appear to already have been provided your play history, so please tell me - have you won or lost overall on this game?
Thanks,
ThePOGG
Before May I was a winner, but at he time game RTP version was correctly reported as 94.51% properly reported and I had not been misled
The operator has changed the RTP settings of this game on May and neglected to update the promotional material since May. I want all the stakes of lost game rounds refund since may? I’ve been losing money on this game since May.
My claim only applies to losses in the version of the game where RTP is 87.56% since May.
Hi mikk,
Do you know specifically when the RTP settings were changed? Has this been communicated to you?
Thanks,
ThePOGG
I've asked that. I still haven't received answer.
Hi mikk,
We have confirmed with the operator that there was indeed an issue with the RTP that was displayed during the period of play, displaying 94.51% rather than the actual figure of 87.56%.
The total wagers placed during this period were €700.09. The difference in expected loss between the two settings would be €48.65. As such VIPs Casino will be issuing a refund of €49 to you.
Thanks,
ThePOGG

If you have any questions about the above, let me know.
RTP figures for slots games are calculated over multiple millions of spins. This is necessary as rare big wins are balanced by long periods of losses. Unless you have played millions of spins (literally, not just 'a lot') then your real RTP figure does not provide information that could be used to determine whether a game is fair or not. Have you played millions of spins?
Thanks,
ThePOGG
