I did in this casino the ruby , the ruby megaways, majestic,majestic megaways, majestic extreme but i should not be able to do those games because im from the Netherlands , they didn't let me not played at all

So i want the win against the loses and want that money back because it was illegal , i've send wild fortune 2 emails with this complain but now they dont give an anwer , and when u have questions on other thing like deposit they answer in 20 min

So i find that very erong why not an email back

So we can settle the problem

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. As explained in our Complaints FAQs we do not pursue refunds of losses based on lack of license. If your own government cannot prevent unlicensed operators from accepting their citizens, there is no possibility of the operator offering a refund simply on the basis of us asking them to.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.

I dont no , but why u doing this

I saw the complaints frim other people and u can do nothing for them for me

I think this is a big farce what u do and help eithother all cadinos against people who dont no the way for action

That we cannot assist you with this matter should not be something that is surprising to you. We are engaged to apply MGA licensing standards, not KSA licensing standards, and the MGA does not prohibit their licensees from accepting Dutch players.
