Astro legends is not played on a traditional set of reels. Instead you have a grid, made up of 22 squares and the purpose of the game is to make clusters. A win will be achieved if you can make a cluster of 5 or more identical symbols. For this to happen the symbols must touch sides, not corners.

Special Symbols

Multiplier Wild – Three of the squares on the grid have a red outline. These are the only squares that the Multiplier Wild symbols can appear. The Multiplier Wild can substitute for all symbols. The Wild symbol is a pink and purple “Orb” and when you reveal one it will apply a randomly selected multiplier from x2 to x5 to the bet, if it helps to form a winning cluster. If more than one Multiplier Wild is active in a cluster, then the multipliers are added together.

Bonus Features

Sonic Re-Spin – A winning cluster will randomly activate the Sonic Re-Spin feature. When this happens winning symbols are held in place and all other symbols will spin again. If the current cluster is added to, or if a new cluster is formed, the process will repeat. As soon as no new clusters are formed or the held clusters are not added to, the Sonic Re-Spins will end.

Lyra Spirit Bonus – To trigger the Lyra Spirit Bonus, you need to collect 100 points worth of Star Dust. The points are generated at random when a Star Dust Bubble appears on the grid and any amount between 2 and 10 is added to the Collection that forms above Lyra’s head. When the bonus starts you need to navigate Lyra’s Wolf spirit through the game. To begin with the Wolf Spirit will have 3 lives, whilst the Bonus has 7 levels. On each level you choose 1 from 3 paths to take Lyra’s Wolf Spirit on, hoping to avoid bumping into Erion who will take one of your lives. On the first 3 levels Erion will appear on 1 of the 3 paths; whilst on levels 4-7 he will appear on 2 of the 3 paths. If you complete all the levels you will win the game’s jackpot, but if you lose all your lives the game will end. Choosing the correct path will earn you crystals which result in cash prizes. Every life you have left by the end of level 7 will increase the bet by x20.
