Player's Complaint
Hello I deposited at 14 red and wagered then made a withdrawal. I was sent an email on the 20th of April stating my documents had been verified and accepted and now heard nothing. I have emailed several times to no avail and have been on chat everyday and just been told they don’t know or to wait. I have screenshots of all the chats the withdrawal and the emails.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. 14Red do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Secondly, the group you have chosen to play with are both negatively listed here and inconsistent in their approach to managing complaints submitted to this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf at the appropriate junctures, the chances of a successful mediation are low.
