1xbit - did not pay a huge ammount of money of my account

Player's Complaint

1xbit, all of a sudden, decided to close my account with 1600usdt aprox inside, they did not tell me to login anymore, they did not give me the chance to withdraw or doing anything. when i email them they answer literally this:

"Dear user, all consulting on the matter of your request was provided earlier in this mail thread."

and this:

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).

The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

So for no reason at all, they unilaterally decided to steal and keep my money and i could do nothing

i hope we can find a solution
