Hello,
my account there is closed upon my request earlier this year.
Now i requested a statement with my deposits and withdrawals for my overview.
They declined it because they would never give such information and that would fit to their T&Cs.
After reading their T&Cs provided in german i cannot find anything what prohibit them to send me my own personal data concerning the transactions.
Is it correct, that i cannot request my data?
Other casinos did it without any problems.

Hi dschungeltom - welcome back!
Under the GDPR you are entitled to request information about the account you hold with any operator, including transaction histories. You simply need to present the operator with a Subject Access Request. If the operator fails to comply with this request you would need to contact your local national agency responsible for Freedom of Information.
