I want to withdraw but can not do do unless they verify me. Now I have been waiting over 7 days for them to verify my address. l have submitted more than sufficient paperwork during the last week and a half for them to be able to verify me. I have withdrawn 10 times thst by other casinos and never had a days trouble. But 7spins are not doing what they suppose to be doing. I have never even received a confirmation letter stating the upload of my documents. When I go to live chat they just don't answer me. Now i need someone higher up to take this further.

Having looked at your documents I'd suggest that the reason the operator are refusing to verify your address is because none of the documents you've included have been posted out to you. Verification of address requires that the operator can confirm that you can actually receive mail at the address listed on your account from a reputable company (bank or utility). A printed off or downloaded copy of your bank statement would not meet this requirement.
We'll contact the operator but you should look to arrange to receive a paper statement from you bank.

I've spoken to 7Spins about this issue. Apparently you're now fully verified and all you need to do is make a $25 deposit to allow you to process your withdrawal. If you could confirm when you receive your funds we'd appreciate it.

Hi there, no I have not. Even though my account is verified its now a month later, the withdrawl has been submitted but just nothing happens. To tell you the truth I am just sick of 7 Spins. Its a screwed up scam casino and should be blacklisted. Please see what you can do for me thanks
