Found for the Casino - Despite the player's claims they have in fact accepted a bonus and have breached the maximum allowed bet while playing with this bonus. As such there's no ground for us to seek payment from the operator.

On the 20th september I had $1000 pending withdrawlthis casino said that i was denied my winnings because i broke one of there bonus rules now i never claimed a bonus on this deposit ive tried contacting them on numerous occasions but the wont respond at all all i want is the money i won fair and square

Hi Ryefri,

I've gone through this issue at length with 7Spins casino. The deposit in question was for $44 and received the bonus of the day available at that point in time of 25%. As with most casino bonuses this was added to your account automatically. If you did not want the bonus you would have needed to contact support and request that it was removed before you started play.

We also reviewed you play history and can confirm that you bet more than the maximum allowed bet while playing with a bonus long before you had completed the wagering requirement.

The above being the case I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to help you. All I can suggest is that you ensure in future to ask for any bonus you do not want to be removed before you start playing and to ensure you've read the terms and conditions associated with any bonus you received.
