Please be informed that your account has been flagged for fraudulent behavior. Due to this, we are required to terminate any direct line of communication with you immediately.

Kindly note that it is also our legal obligation to forfeit any winnings from your account and close your account with immediate effect.

No further correspondence on this matter will be entered into directly with yourself due to the fraudulent nature of your activity. However, we advise that you raise this case with the Malta Gaming Authority who will act as the legal mediator between both parties.

We will present our findings to them at their request.

After reviewing the evidence provided by BETAT casino management it is clear that this player has violated term 10.3 of the BETAT terms and conditions. As such ThePOGG.com will have no further part in the representation of this player.
