Found for the Casino - While we understand the player's frustration at having their account closed, playing from shared IP addresses is clearly prohibited in all casino terms and conditions.
Read our BETAT Casino Review.
Joined Casino a couple a weeks ago as recommended my a work friend deposited and played lost and was happy with that then then got an email saying:
My name is [BETAT REP], a member of the Risk team here at BETAT.
We have identified that your account is linked to another registered member at BETAT Casino. Please be aware of our Term & Condition 5.9 which states the following:
In all cases, only one account per customer, per household, per address, per shared computer and per shared IP address will be allowed to sign up and make use of BETAT Casino. BETAT Casino may and will determine whether multiple accounts are linked to the same person.
Due to this breach of our Terms and Conditions, we have now permanently closed your account and removed your email address from our mailing list.
After talking to my work friend he got the same email with a little difference in the ref. so we worked out that because we have used our work computers it may come across as the same IP address how is this fair it doesn't tell you NOT to use public wifi etc which could expose you to the same problem if a complete stranger is gaming the in the same coffee store as me
very unfair and does live up the pogg score for this casino

Hi chade - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there's really nothing we can do for you here. Term 5.9 is clear and is similar in nature to terms carried by the vast majority if casinos. Simply put, player's signing up from shared IPs share many traits in common with groups engaged in fraud and as such this is a basic 'no way no how' situation.
The fact that the term doesn't specifically stipulate "public wifi" doesn't change the fact that it would apply to public wifi as you would be using a shared IP address.
While I understand you're frustrated with this issue, you've been ID'd as a fraud risk with this group. I'm not suggesting that you're doing anything you shouldn't be, but BETAT are well within their rights to decline your custom for this reason.
My recommendation would be to move on to another casino and ensure not to make this mistake again.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
