My older brother set up my account and accidentally used his DOB instead of mine. Didn’t realize until later. Put a little over $200 in and turned into $800. All of sudden, account is shut off. I send in documentation and three weeks after emails of “sorry for the delay, we are backed up”, I finally call them and a customer service rep said that they had decided on my account and I should have received an email about their decision (I found no such email). He also asked what email I was using despite already giving that information earlier when I said I couldn’t find such an email. He said they they have terminated my account and I asked that I get at the very least my deposit back and he said everything is forfeited.
