Resolved - Bovada have informed us that this issue has been resolved. The complainant is non-responsive so we assume they've received their funds.

Player's Complaint
The dealer busted on a hand and did not pay out to the winners. The escalation number is:LC16950. Bovada just says they are still looking into it. There were a number of players that got taken on the hand.
