They asked me for photographic id and wouldnt let me deposit ...I did not do this ....then they contacted me and told me I could play without id ....im go gamblers anonymous...this happened in the middle of the pandemic when I could not attend the gamblers anonymous meetings ... I contacted them about this but they refused to reimburse me

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
