I am very disappointed with boylesports. I have deposited over 2000 euros, sent all the documents needed for verification and been told that my account has been approved. Last Friday I have asked to deposit 4,600 euros via bank transfer into my Lithuanian account. After waiting for 3 days I started emailing [email protected] and got no response. I am contacting live chat support every day and all they keep saying is that they are still waiting for withdrawal approval or that my account is been approved and my withdrawal is now under the progress but my account balance doesn't change...
I have not taken any bonuses and played only on slots so it is pure luck, nothing suspicious.
I have played with many online slots and casinos sites and never had any issues max wait was 3 days. I know that bank transfers can take 5-7 days but what about just the start of the progress?
Very upset :(

I think you need to be a little more patient and give the operator a chance to resolve this issue on their own before you look to involve a 3rd party dispute resolution service. If you still haven't received your funds by Thursday the 4th of April let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
