For two weeks ago i played very hard, so i decide to close My account. I write both in chat and mail about this. In chat i got answer "absolutly".

Few days later i took à look in the casino and tried to log in... and i came in!!even after My chat and mail... I paied in 3000kr and days after 12000sek... I got problem with gambling so it was why i closed My account... but Cadoola saw the chance to earn money from à man with problems. I want my 15,000 back when I think Cadoola made a mistake and did not close my account when I wanted it.

Hi asse00,

I've spoken with the operator about this issue. They've provided the chat transcript where you informed the operator that you emailed the Tranello group the previous year to request a self-exclusion. Unfortunately casinos licensed outside of the UK and Malta are not required to carry self-exclusions over from one property on a license to another. This is a recent development in the better regulated sectors of the market. It does not apply in all cases. For a self-exclusion to be applied at Cadoola you would have to request it at Cadoola.

From what I can see from the records the operator sent over you informed Cadoola that you wanted your account closed on the 7th of March via Live Chat and after this point you were not allowed to play further. Is that accurate?
